My brother, the aspiring young lad that he was ...tried to fly.
He was a brave brother ...and took it on the chin.
He ended up with several stitches after that crash landing.
But, my imagining here will hopefully not be as hazardous.
**************Part one**************
Imagine you are the head of one of the top ten biggest companies in America.
You then hire me ...and to my amazement, place me 2nd in charge.
I get to know the company, how it works, and have a good working relationship with everyone.
My boss ---who I affectionately call you ---is proud of me ...and I am proud of myself.
I think I can manage things as well as you can ...perhaps even better. A large number of the workers actually agree with me.
A lot of things would change if I was in charge, and I think a large number of the workers will back me and come over to my side if I decide to form my own business.
***********Part two************
After forming my own business, the workers form a union. The union and I have a good understanding. We have undercut the prices of all other businesses sufficient enough, that all competition is virtually gone. We can charge whatever we want, so we will turn a profit ...no matter what our output.
The only thing I fear, is that someone will try to pull the same stunt that I did ...and split my company. But, no worry there ...the union will take care of that.
The union head brings it to my attention that one of the workers seems to have ambition ...and it's making the rest of them look bad. Besides, he says that ambition is always the downfall of any good corporation.
I feel he is right ...and I ask him to take care of it. I trust that he will, and the details are not important to me.
That particular worker does not come to work the next day, or the next, or the next week ...or forever.
